For LCD Data Projector Users
• We provide computers in the session room.
Speakers had better provide their own laptop computer, power cord and any other proprietary cables or connectors required to connect their laptop to the LCD projector.

• The LCD projector can accommodate both PC's and MAC's.
It is capable of XGA (1024 X 768) screen resolution.

• A 4x1 XGA switch is connected to the input of the LCD projector, allowing four computers to be connected simultaneously.
The switch has buttons which allow the output of any one of the four connected computers to be displayed.
The switch has four 15 pin, six foot long VGA cables already attached.
These VGA cables are meant to connect to the speakers' laptops.
If a speaker's laptop requires a connector other than the standard 15 pin VGA type, again, it is the responsibility of the speaker to provide it.
