GUIDELINES FOR MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

General recommendation
Since all the manuscripts are subjected to the offset printing for publication, authors are urged to write as concisely as possible.
The manuscripts should be typed [preferably with 12 point type and a single spacing for all sections except title, name(s) of author(s) and address(es); use 16 point type for title] on good quality, full weight paper, approximately 21x29.5cm (A4 size), on only one side of the paper.
Papers should be arranged in the following order of presentation: title; names of the authors; addresses; a self-contained synopsis of the paper (50-200 words in length); the text; acknowledgments if any; references.
The manuscripts should be no more than 10 pages, including figures, references, and tables.
Sample-Proceedings is here.

Organization and format
Sample-Proceedings enclosed represents the style of original paper. In review, MATERIALS AND METHODS, RESULTS, and DISCUSSION may not be necessary.
Title should be typed in 16-point type and the first letter of each word should be capitalized except prepositions, articles and species names.
Primary heading (e.g. INTRODUCTION, ACKNOWLEDGMENTS and REFERENCES) should be typed in capital bold style, centered, preceded by a 2 interspaces blank line, and followed by a 1.5 line spacing.
Synopsis should be typed in bold style with a single spacing with 5 spaces indentation for the first line.
Heading should not be provided for the synopsis.
The text should be typed with a single spacing with a 5 spaces indentation for the first line.
Between the paragraphs, no interspaces are required.
Acknowledgment(s) should be typed with 5 spaces indentation.
References should be numbered in alphabetical order, by first author, and numbered consecutively.
The way of citation of a journal reference and a book reference is shown in Sample-Proceedings.
References should be typed with 5 spaces indentation (except the first line) and single line spacing. No interspace is required between references.

Illustrations (figures) and tables
Since all the manuscripts are directly reproduced after reduction (from 24.5 cm x 16.0 cm to 20.6 cm x 14.1 cm), figures should be high gloss, black and white documents (original drawings or photographs).
Black and white photographs can be included in manuscript.
Figures and tables should be printed out directly in the text alternatively, figures and tables can be put onto the text with glue of good quality, which does not discolor the manuscript.
Never use clip or staples.
Figures and tables must be identified in the text by consecutive numbers (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3...., Table 1, Table 2, Table 3.....).
Figure captions should start by Fig. followed by a space, the figure number (Arabic numeral), a period, a space, and should be typed under the figure.
Letters on the figures must be large enough so that when reduced to give the final printed size, letters will be about 2 mm high (capital letters; lower case letters can be proportionally smaller).
Title of tables should be typed at the top of the table, and start by Table followed by a space, the table number (Arabic numeral), a period, and a space; whereas footnotes should be typed under the table.

Footnotes
Footnotes should be used sparingly.
In the manuscript, a footnote should be placed at the bottom of the page on which it is referred to and separated from the main text by a horizontal line above the footnote.
Footnotes to tables should be placed at the bottom of the tables to which they refer.

Units and Abbreviations
SI units should be used.
Abbreviations should be used sparingly, and defined in the text in their first mention.
