Kurumi Okuda, a second-year master's student under the supervision of Professor Nobuhito Sekiya, paid a courtesy visit to Tsu City Hall on July 7 prior to her upcoming dispatch to Ghana as a JICA volunteer. During the visit, she spoke with Mayor Maehaba about her goals and aspirations for her activities in Ghana.
Okuda, who is scheduled to be dispatched to Ghana, is shown receiving a letter of appointment as a Mie International Cooperation Ambassador from Vice Governor Ushiroda at the Mie Prefectural Government Office.
